- Add the frozen bananas and milk to your blender. Blend on high for about 20 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy, with a frothy texture.

- Check the consistency; it should be thick, smooth, and vibrant green. If it’s too thick, add a splash more milk and blend briefly until desired texture is reached.
